CIA “Japan Cuisine and Culture Tour 2025″ was held again this year, bringing 12 CIA students studying Japanese cuisine to Japan.
CIA’s Japanese cuisine program is offered as an elective intensive concentration in the bachelor’s curriculum, and this tour is one of its mandatory programs, so the students were highly engaged wherever they visited, listening attentively and immersing themselves in various experiences.
We would like to thank the cooperation we received from many individuals involved in the food industry in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Tokyo.
