On Saturday, September 10th, 2022, The 1st Food & Nutrition Education Seminar, called “Cooking Energizing Meal ! taught by chefs from Soul of Japan – Meat version” was held for for Middle & High School Students. On the day of the event, we invited Mr. Kiyomi Mikuni who is the owner chef of hotel de Mikuni, to be our lecturer. The chef gave lectures, demonstrations, and tastings. The 23 participating junior high and high school students were then invited to participate in a group discussion, and each group was asked to make a presentation about SDG’s on a different theme.
