The 3rd Food & Nutrition Education Seminar for Middle & High School Students Held

On Friday, April 28th, 2023, the 3rd Food & Nutrition Education Seminar, called ” Knowing, making and eating Japanese food- taught by chefs from Soul of Japan” was held for Middle & High School Students at Nitobe Bunka Gakuen school. We invited the 9th head of Sarashina Soba originator, Mr. Yosinori Horii and Ms. Hana Kawabe. The chefs gave lectures, soba making demonstrations, and tastings.
