On Saturday, November 5th, 2022, The 2nd Food & Nutrition Education Seminar, called “Cooking Energizing Meal ! taught by chefs from Soul of Japan – Fish version” was held for Middle & High School Students. The event was held at one of our corporate members, Fujimak Co., Ltd. in their Tokyo branch cooking laboratory. On the day of the event, we invited Mr. Naoyuki Yanagihara who is the head chef of Kinsaryu way. The chef gave lectures, demonstrations, and tastings. The 10 participating junior high and high school students were then invited to participate in a group discussion, and each group was asked to make a presentation about SDG’s on a different theme.
